The team at Des Lardner’s Organic is a strong supporter of community initiatives across western Victoria. Here are some of the latest events we have supported:
Paint the Town Purple
Des Lardner’s Organic participates in the Horsham Paint the Town Purple campaign each year and in 2013 and 2014 won the award for Best Display as judged by the Mayor of Horsham.

Des Lardner’s Organic store window was adorned with purple in support of the Cancer Council’s Paint the Town Purple campaign.

Des Lardner’s Organic is a proud supporter of the Wimmera Cancer Centre, currently under development.

Relay for Life

The Des Lardner Organic Relay for Life Team contributed to the outstanding tally of $149,230 which brings the total amount raised over the past 11 relays to $1,062,898. We had the pleasure of offering massages for a small donation to all the weary participants. The atmosphere at Coughlin Park in Horsham was fantastic and everyone was most appreciative.
Love your Sister
If you haven’t already, check out www.loveyoursister.org … Samuel Johnson is riding a unicycle around Australia to raise funds for Breast Cancer. We were lucky enough to meet and massage Sam as he passed through Dimboola. The love your sister message is simple: ‘Don’t fall into the booby-trap, be breast aware!
Local Netballer – Rene Caris
Rene Caris provided a presentation to the staff about her experience with playing for the Sovereigns Netball Club, Ballarat following the stores sponsorship for her 2016 playing year.
